Using the public website
The public website provides information about SwimPathway and its planned commercial service. Content may change during controlled testing and before general availability.
Users must not attempt to interfere with the service, obtain unauthorised access, submit unlawful content or misuse public enquiry and application functions.
Club and account responsibilities
Clubs are expected to nominate appropriate administrators, maintain accurate role assignments and use member information responsibly. Individual users are responsible for protecting their sign-in details and reporting suspected misuse promptly.
Service and subscriptions
Applications are reviewed before a club workspace is activated. Subscription terms, onboarding scope, payment timing and any trial or exemption will be recorded in the agreed commercial arrangement.
SwimPathway aims to provide a dependable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, security action or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access.
Intellectual property and acceptable content
SwimPathway retains rights in its software, branding and platform materials. Clubs retain responsibility for content they supply and must have the right to use and publish that content.
Suspension, termination and liability
Access may need to be restricted where there is a security concern, material misuse, non-payment or a legal requirement. Account closure and data handling will follow the agreed terms and applicable retention responsibilities.
Any final limitations of liability, warranties and termination rights require professional legal review and will be set out in the commercial terms before general launch.
