Experience behind the platform
SwimPathway was founded by Jack Coleman following more than ten years of experience across competitive swimming, club management, teaching, coaching, education and operational delivery in the United Kingdom and the Middle East.
The platform has been shaped by direct experience of the administrative, developmental and safeguarding challenges faced by swimming clubs.
It has also been informed by input from experienced practitioners in education and organisational management.
Swimming clubs are built by people, not paperwork. SwimPathway exists to give those people more time to coach, teach, support and develop swimmers.
