Clubs are responsible for deciding how they use member information within their organisation and for providing appropriate information to their members. SwimPathway provides the hosted service and supporting platform controls under the agreed commercial arrangement.

SwimPathway is designed with club-scoped records, role-aware access, approved relationship checks, private file storage and audit history for sensitive actions. No online service can promise absolute security, and controls are reviewed as the product develops.

Retention depends on the type of record, the club's responsibilities, contractual requirements and any lawful need to preserve information. The platform includes foundations for access, correction, export, closure, legal hold and controlled anonymisation workflows.
